VACANCY NOTICE
TITLE: Substitute Registered Nurse
LOCATION: Alan D. Pole Campus, Norwich, NY
REPORTS: Director of Special Education/Building Principal
TERMS: Beginning April 4, 2024 – June 30, 2024
QUALIFICATIONS: New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN m/f). Experience with
multiply disabled population and related medical procedures including
tracheotomy care, g tubes, and seizure & medication monitoring. Experience in
Pediatrics and emergency care.
RESPONSIBILITIES/
DUTIES:
Selected candidate will provide health monitoring and first aid for students
enrolled in special education programs, as well as career and technical
education. Setting includes students with severe medical needs. Duties include
completion of notes for Medicaid billing.
SALARY/BENEFITS: $20.18 - $22.14 per hour; health insurance, sick and personal leave, retirement
and other benefits per union contract.
