What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mech/Mat Exp position at DDI Brand?
Assists all Maintenance Department staff in the purcase and distribution of materials & supplies Working with Building Managers, establishes and maintains inventory of frequently used, parts, materials and hardware Coordinates materials, purchases between Building Managers and Mechanics with Home Depot Pro Services staff and other venodors as assigned Compiles material costs and works to ensure best value/best price for purchases made Reconciles receipts and invoices with Building Managers, Administrative Assistant and Purchasing staff Performs other maintenance tasks and repairs as assigned by Building Manager Performs snow removal at various sites when necessary as assigned by Building Manager Must be available to stay late, come in early or work weekends on occasion to meet Agency needs
