Underground Boring/Construction Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Underground Boring/Construction Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and does well with project management and team leadership. Travel is a mandatory component of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Direct and manage drilling projects by assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain all site documents including maps, tickets, insurance cards, timesheets, and redlines.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for locators and manage on-site communications. Efficiently handle emergency calls and issues that arise on-site.
• Safety and Compliance: Strictly enforce all company and regulatory safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of work conducted by crews, making necessary adjustments to meet company standards.
• Leadership and Motivation: Lead, motivate, and maintain high morale among crews. Ensure the team remains focused and productive.
