Director, Brand Protection

Designer Eyes is looking for a Director, Brand Protection for Amazon Marketplace. In this role, you will be an integral part of leading Designer Eyes Brand Protection efforts and ensuring that customers can buy our products with confidence on Amazon. You will own relationships with intellectual property owners on issues such as product authenticity, product integrity, copyright and trademark, and other product quality issues.

· Develop relationships with Brand Manufacturers & Intellectual Property owners on ecommerce sales growth strategy while coordinating services with various agencies for Amazon distribution.

· Develop and maintain key relationships with external stakeholders including global brands and industry associations on product integrity issues.

· Engage with high-priority rights holders to collaborate on anti-counterfeiting initiatives and enhance intellectual property (IP) programs.

· Serve as subject matter expert in anti-counterfeiting, brand protection, and intellectual property enforcement.

· Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, product safety, and other trust & safety issues particularly on Amazon Marketplace and e-commerce platforms.

· Work closely with DE teams on policies, processes and tools to identify threats to brands.

· Liaise with internal business teams to address vendor concerns.

· Participate in conferences and external meetings focused on product integrity issues.

· Develop and deliver educational and training materials for both internal and external consumption.

The ideal candidate possesses strong business judgment, analytical thinking, is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment and has demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Brand Protection strategies. Exceptional communication, solution-oriented and relationship-building are essential attributes to succeed in this role.

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
