HR Generalist (m/f/d)

What you will do Drive communication, support, coach, and advise employees and managers Interface between global business partners and the local HR operations team Independent handling of all administrative tasks in connection with the supervision of employees from recruitment to departure Interface with payroll accounting and monitoring of deadlines Cooperation with the works council Administration of personnel files Provides support to global business partners HR agenda Leads or supports local HR projects Data entry and maintenance in SAP HR, Workday and preparation of references and statistics Support the implementation of restructuring measures Support the documentation of HR processes What you will need Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or similar 3 years professional experience in Human Resources, based on educational credentials Expertise in German labor law and experience in human resources management Knowledge of payroll accounting, labor, and social security law High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure Good communication skills Accurate way of working Independent work in a small team Fluent in German and English both spoken and written Friendly manner Why work for us?
