Rivercrest Wellness & Rehab is Newbury Court's Skilled Nursing Unit for long-term care, short-term care, and rehab services. Our 35-bed community provides a high level of care and home-like environment to our residents. Rates up to $40/hr ($42hr for per-diem) plus shift differentials up to $4 on select shifts!
Qualifications:
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
- Current MA Nursing license in good standing
- A great team player and positive attitude & also being able to work independently
- A passion for providing excellent care to the senior community
- Oversees resident care and services including medication administration, obtaining resident vital signs, and reporting any changes in condition
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all personnel; possesses qualities of integrity, compassion, empathy and is able to communicate effectively with residents and their families
- Ability to work independently; ability to make appropriate decisions quickly during times of an emergency
