Position Summary:
The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist is responsible for performing associated procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. This position works at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Work situations are a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, initiative, and ingenuity in order to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. The CT Technologist has knowledge and understanding of age related care needs for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. External contacts include patients, family members, and physicians. Internal contacts include nursing service staff and management.
Minimum Requirements:
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health, Radiologic Technologist
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT) upon hire, or within 12 months of hire into this classification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Compensation Range:
T - Min: $17.11-Max: $90.60
