What are the responsibilities and job description for the IL Security Officer position at Deaconess Illinois?
Provides safety and security to staff, patients, visitors, and other members within the building and on associated grounds. Responsible for the protection of all assets of the facility. Directly reports all safety issues to supervisor. Additionally, the position will perform basic maintenance needs which include minor repairs, lighting and painting, etc. as needed.
Education:
High school graduate or GED required.
Experience:
Previous security and/or maintenance highly preferred.
Licenses/Certificates:
Must have an Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) by the end of the month following 30 days of employment.
