If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!  Oggie's in Deadwood, SD is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
• Create and innovate new menu items while maintaining consistency with existing recipes
• Manage food inventory and ordering to minimize waste and ensure freshness
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy kitchen environment
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Passion for food and dedication to excellence
