Accounting Assistant/AP and AR Specialist

* This is an in-office position*

 Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for A/P and A/R entry
  • Post bills, receipts, and process payments 
  • Communicate effectively with customers and other departments
  • Process new vendors and customers and maintain files
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile credit card transactions

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of accounting software such as Quickbooks
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
