Job Description
We are currently hiring for an Account Manager in the Athens GA area.
DSN develops solutions that automate the Title and Registration and Scanning processes for Automotive Dealerships. Our mission is to provide best-in-class products and services to our clientele and earn their business every day.
As a key member of our organization, the Account Management role requires a purpose-driven, self-starting individual who excels in an autonomous (virtual) work environment and can work effectively with all levels of client personnel to meet their needs. In-state travel is required at approximately 75%. Account Managers are responsible for leading the operations process of Client onboarding and continued account lifecycle by overseeing all aspects of the implementation of the company’s products/services.
This position will consist of meeting with our existing clients, maintaining our current accounts, upselling our products, entertaining clients, and updating our CRM salesforce.

Skills You Will Need:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
- 2 years of B2B account management experience (automotive industry experience a strong plus)
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s onboarding process with clients
- Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation
- Interact on-site and remotely with dealership staff to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues and provide the appropriate resolution
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Develop strong and trusting relationships with clients
- Excellent Time-Management Skills in an autonomous environment
- Ability to navigate and utilize SalesForce.com
- Collaborative, team oriented, positive and flexible attitude
- Automotive Industry Experience preferred
