We’re tripling our Product Development Team. To prepare for this explosive growth, we are seeking a strategic, design and data driven product manager to focus on our customer experience.
DealerPolicy is disrupting insurance distribution. We’re teaming up with top auto retailers across the country to deliver a unique point of sale, technology enabled insurance solution to car-buying customers. Our efforts have earned us the Liberty Mutual “Agent of the Future” and Travelers “Agent of the Year” awards and best Tech Startup in VT from the Tech Tribune. Poised to expand rapidly, we are seeking a product manager with deep automotive retail expertise to take our product the next level.
Responsibilities
Create and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap
Know your customers: Build relationships and engage with users to turn insights into product features with demonstratable performance results
Maintain and prioritize the epic & feature plan & backlog
Work closely with Product Design to fully understand customer needs and behavior
Communicate the vision to key stakeholders across DealerPolicy to generate excitement, buy-in, and action plans
Plan and execute product go-to-market launches across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations
Drive insights from product analytics
Perform competitive assessment to ensure DealerPolicy remains focused on being the leader in the market
Requirements
4 years’ experience as a software Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or equivalent
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Exemplary demonstration of communicating effectively, presentation skills, and leadership presence
Delivers customer-centric solutions with experience in customer discovery
Demonstrates an analytical and strategic mindset to effectively problem-solve
Experience working in an Agile environment
