What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solutions Engineer position at Dealpath?
Dealpath is looking for a self-motivated Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in New York!
As a Solutions Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring our prospects understand the value of Dealpath given their pain points and requirements and creating a high value, promoter customer base.
You're excited about this opportunity because you'll:
- Engage with Dealpath Account Executives and pre-sales prospects to understand and scope professional services and subscription agreements
- Deeply understand and clearly document complex workflow requirements to ensure prospect solution fit and coordinate knowledge handover to Implementation
- Create solution design and implementation plan documents that outline project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Respond to prospect feedback through objection handling and partner with Product Development to relay any product improvements
- Build out process with Sales and Customer Success to seamlessly collaborate to meet revenue, implementation quality, and customer retention goals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or equivalent role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with presenting to senior executive audiences
- Highly collaborative team player who adapts when working cross functionally
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

- Experience working for an enterprise SaaS company
- Experience servicing commercial real estate firms
- Interest in commercial real estate
- The estimated pay range for California candidates for this position is $115,500 - $129,500 base, & $49,500 - $55,500 variable compensation.This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan. Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process.
