Objective:
- Growing cabinetry manufacturer and distributor located in Bolton, CT seeking to hire a full time project manager.
Job specifications:

- Ability to learn specific processes and follow said processes once trained.
- Willingness to make improvements and take pride in one’s work.
- Ability to prioritize schedules, problems, and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
List of duties:
- Managing deliveries, installations, and punch list preparation.
- Auditing projects and ensuring compliance.
- Scheduling with clients and contractors:
- Deliveries = 6 per week
- Cabinet installations = 6 per week
- Punch list trips = 12 per week
- Coordinating timelines, labor, and resources to complete projects.
Relationships and Roles:
- Supervised by the owner.
- High level position with expectation of growth.
