What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender and Server position at Deano's Pizza?
We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders and servers to provide an excellent experience for our guests. Good bartenders and servers will be able to create a dining experience exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wages and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food orders and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Bartenders will need to mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present menu to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Complete side work during slow periods
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $7.00 - $20.00 per hour
