Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring for a qualified, patient-care-focused Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for a Dental facility in Waco, TX. 

Orthodontic Treatment Coordinators are responsible for providing patients and families with proper orthodontic care instructions, dental health education, and diet recommendations. Help patient and parent feel comfortable at each visit. Communicate the patient's treatment needs to the appropriate clinic staff.

Job Requirements:

• High School Degree or GED Equivalent Required
• Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
• CPR/BLS is required.
• 1 years of working experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in another practice is required.
• 3 years of customer experience is preferred.
• High-level knowledge of Orthodontics and associated treatment planning 
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• The ability to articulate techniques utilized in the Orthodontic field, treatment plan presentations, and CDT codes is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance, service limits, PPO, Self-pay collections, and financing options is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is strongly preferred.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Full time-Monday-Friday- 8 am - 5 pm
• Direct Hire position
• Pay up to $20/hour (based on experience)
