The
Sales Coordinator will be an integral part of Death Wish Coffee’s growth efforts, supporting the sales team and working cross functionally with the Brand, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams. The Sales Coordinator will contribute to the company’s short- and long-term goals by managing sales materials and our retail online presence, onboarding new customers and setting up new items, planning and facilitating trade show execution, and much more, all while being a responsive, trusted member of the crew.
Responsibilities
- Cataloging and ensuring updates of all necessary sales materials in a format and location that is accessible to all necessary team members and where applicable, brokers and other constituents
- Support sales organization in all administrative tasks to enable doing business with our retail and distributor partners.
- Product data management in customer systems (i.e., IX One, Syndigo, etc.). Own relationship with these third party service providers
- Customer Set Up, New Item set up and promo contracts
- Ensure all necessary forms and documents are kept up to date with customers (i.e., COIs, Organic certs, etc.)
- Omni channel information and images (i.e., A detail pages on retailer.com)
- Trade deal administration and maintenance in TPM system
- Trade Show planning, management, execution, and onsite coordination
- Manage and maintain store locator on deathwishcoffee.com
- Support the Sales Team as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years’ experience in CPG (food and beverage preferred), grocery, or similar fields
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
- Ability to work most days in an office-based role
Bonus points:- Experience with trade promotion management
