As an operations manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead through our Mission and Values, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to enhance the brand experience
- Continuously collect feedback and listen attentively from the market to inform future enhancements and gain insights into better adoption practices to attain business goals
- Manage internal communications that support organizational objectives, enhance brand awareness and ensure employees are informed and engaged with company news and updates
- Consistently search for opportunities to simplify work by optimizing processes, streamlining operations, and eliminating non-value-added work
- Seamlessly incorporate new operational systems with foundational work methods, tools, and training
- Design, develop, and implement effective and proficient tools, and resources to facilitate quick and smooth adoption, ensuring high-quality service, products, and experience
- Formulate, implement, conduct and maintain training programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide on-going support
- Develop, coordinate and execute new store opening activities through collaboration with cross-functional teams ensuring timelines are met
- Regularly review, update and improve company manuals, and documents to ensure all procedures and safety protocols are accurate, clear and in compliance with current standards and regulations
- Oversee and maintain essential website sections including locations, join our team, contact us, brand inquiries, and new store news and events, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned with company's branding and communication strategy
- Accurately manage and update records of franchisee waivers, including tracking and notifying relevant parties of upcoming expiration dates to ensure compliance and timely renewals
- Provide guidance and support on customer concerns, store operations, and policy adherence
- Foster a supportive environment where team members feel empowered and appreciated, promoting collaboration and morale
- Tailor interactions to meet individual needs, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to solving problems effectively
