What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at DeC 9 Staffing?

DUTIES:
Under general supervision, performs difficult administrative work requiring independence of action for the Tax Administration. Work involves providing administrative support, establishing and maintaining databases and files, calculating and interpreting data, preparing and processing financial information, receiving visitors, answering the telephone, coordinating of events, and assisting staff in completing projects. The employee must exercise considerable tact and courtesy in frequent visitor and staff contacts.
 
ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Performs other related work as required.

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
 Experience in responsible administrative, accounting, office work; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
