DEC International seeks individuals for a permanent part-time, work-from-home position. DEC International (www.DEC-International.com) is one of the oldest and most respected Real Estate and Construction research companies, having been in business for more than 35 years.
We seek an individual to add to our staff who will research various Planning & Zoning growth indicators in their assigned counties. The job requires excellent computer skills, a great telephone voice, exemplary grammar and spelling skills, and someone who is not afraid to push to acquire information.
We publish reports weekly via the internet and consequently need someone who can perform their job with reliability and consistency. Successful candidates should have at least some familiarity with either construction, real estate, or other experience that might make a good fit.
We provide paid training, ongoing support, and a stable work situation. You would need high-speed internet, a quiet place to work, and the willingness to engage with government officials, architects/engineers, and project owners to research upcoming construction projects in development for our customers.
The position requires an indefinite amount of time each week (on average 15 hours), depending on volume and time of year. All work is paid on a contractual basis on a generous per-item basis, and payment is bi-weekly.
