What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Technician - Team Lead position at Decimal Engineering?

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Directly responsible for maintaining an aggressive Assembly schedule.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Assembly of Industrial Components, Electrical Enclosures and Part Identification.
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience. Must be capable of managing a 5 or more person team.
- The ability to read and interrupt Engineering Drawings is an absolute necessity.
- A solid background in Sheet Metal Fabrication is preferred.
- The willingness to work a flexible schedule and offset hours Is mandatory.
