DecksDirect is looking for a Receiving Team Lead to join our dynamic team in our fast paced distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Leading a team that ensures accuracy and efficiency of all incoming shipments
- Maintaining a clean and organized department to be able to complete shipments in timely manner
- Follows all inbound shipment documentation in accordance with DD requirements
- Looks over Purchase order issues from internal teams and communicates effectively for a resolution
- Participates in Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and in a safe condition.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 2 years of Supervisory experience
- 2 years Data entry experience
- Forklift certified
- Regularly lift and or move objects in warehouse 10-50 lbs
- GSuite experience preferred
Position Details:
- Full-time: Sunday-Thursday 3:30 to Midnight
- Hourly / Non-exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- Reports to: Receiving Supervisor
- Location: Whitestown, Internal position: not remote or telecommute
