Job Description: As an Inbound Call Center Representative at Deco ThinkTell, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Salary range: $900 - $1150 per week

Job: Full time

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from clients promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
Listen actively to clients' concerns and questions, empathize with their needs, and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
Accurately record and maintain detailed notes of client interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines for handling different types of calls and inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate complex issues or unresolved inquiries as needed.
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
