Position: Operations Team Member
About the role:
The Operations Team Member will be flexible and adaptable to work in changing environments. This individual will be cross-trained and able to assist in multiple areas of production, as directed by management.

What you will be doing:
- Contribute to a team environment by cross-training on production equipment and processes.
- Perform highly repetitive and prescribed job duties involving machine operation and manual packing of product.
- Detect and segregate defective product.
- Create a safe workspace by maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas and following safety regulations.
- Enjoyment of wearing many hats is necessary.
What you need:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Demonstrated steady and consistent work history
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Reliability and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written
- Friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor
- Desire to learn, seek new challenges and to take on additional responsibilities
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Must be resourceful and initiative-taking
- Self-motivated, driven individual
- The determination to work harder than anyone you know
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, push and pull
- Must be able to stand up to 10 hours a day
