We are looking for a real “go getter” who will be responsible for reaching out to and connecting with Federal employees to identify their questions and needs. From there, you will set an appointment, for the prospect, with one of our financial producers from around the country.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Qualify leads by identifying their questions and needs.
- Set appointments for the prospects to meet with a financial professional.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals.
- Continuously improve processes to increase appointment setting efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
