Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and friendly Location Operator to join the team. As a Location Operator, you will drive a box truck to grocery and convenience stores, deliver inventory, stock product (snack cakes) and order product to maintain inventory levels. Additionally, you will build working relationships with stores to gain temporary display space to increase sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and plan merchandising strategies for stores
  • Forecast consumer trends and identify preferences of our customers
  • Maintain regular delivery days
  • Order inventory weekly


Qualifications
  • Previous experience in grocery merchandising is preferred
  • Understanding best practices in customer service and sales
  • Understanding of effective negotiation skills
  • Has a driver's license and is able to be insured
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work well with supervisor and coworkers in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend and kneel

Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday and Saturday work days
  • Friday and Sundays off
  • Hours are typically 4 am- noon, but vary depending on deliveries for that day
