We have great careers for either full or part-time hours, and days vary with weekend rotations and periodic holidays. Our Bartenders work both behind the bar and front of house doing a variety of tasks by:
- Bring friendly and courteous service to residents in our beautiful and busy bar, with both indoor and outdoor service
- Ensure a positive and fun experience for resident guests of the bar, including great service and the highest quality and cleanliness standards
- Training is provided/ prior bartending experience preferred
- Excellent customer service is a must, as is effective communication with both residents and staff
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Must be able to consistently walk and stand for approx. 4 hours at a time.
This full-time role has a great schedule of Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00am-7:30pm, with no late nights. Given the unique nature of our service, our bartenders flex by assisting with other front of house tasks in a lead Server role when the bar is closed. Starting pay is $18.50hour. Please note that Deerfield is a no-tipping environment.
