Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Generalist is responsible for general human resources and employee education functions, including employee benefit coordination, tracking licenses & certifications, employee file maintenance, coordinating employee functions and recognition programs, performance evaluations & competency tracking, employee payroll, assists with employee leaves of absence and FMLA coordination, maintains HR and Employee Education data and statistical information in appropriate systems. Ensures compliance with CHS policies and procedures. Recruitment activities as needed.
