JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall leadership of the organization’s clinical and support services and programs. Works collaboratively with the other members of the Senior Management team to ensure the establishment and attainment of tactical and operational goals consistent with the organization’s strategic work plan, and in accordance with financial, quality and service excellence goals. Contributes to the company’s mission by engaging team members through active commitment to the OSS culture and service excellence. Manages in a respectful, constructive, and energetic style to lead implementation of clinical operational policies and procedures in support of the companies’ vision and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
· At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience at mid-to-large physician practice or hospital required.
· Ability to function independently and lead the work groups for which responsible.
· Demonstrated time critical decision-making skills.
· Proven ability to build collaborative and trusted relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization: management, staff, physicians.
· Proven ability to conceptualize complex issues and develop practical solutions.
· Possess professional and effective communication skills and be able to promote effective communication at all levels.
· Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians and physician leadership.
· RN, LPN or other related degrees in healthcare administration, business administration or related field preferred but not required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develops and executes the clinical operational plan to achieve established goals and measures for clinical excellence, quality, patient satisfaction, employee safety, patient safety, financial performance and engagement of providers and staff.
· Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements of various agencies such as, The Joint Commission, Department of Health, etc.
· Oversees process improvement for system efficiency, enhanced workflow, and optimal patient experience.
· Identifies and fosters initiatives that will support and ensure achievement of operational goals in alignment with the organization’s strategic direction and initiative.
· Develops and implements operational analysis and operating reports, i.e., scorecards, budget variance reports, productivity analysis, etc.
· Oversee and manage budget and control expenses for cost center while meeting operational, financial, and service requirements.
· Holds clinical operational leaders responsible for achieving goals and provides support to identify and resolve issues.
· Creates positive employee morale and communication, including an open-door policy and other mechanisms to build a culture of trust.
· Serves as a leadership role model and mentor by actively demonstrating the mission, vision, and values of OSS Health.
· Reviews and resolves reported issues, concerns or questions relative to clinical matters.
· Represent all aspects of Clinical Operations and provide updates as required to the Executive Committee, Project Teams, Shareholders and other key internal stakeholders.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be proficient in the English language, both verbally and written.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
