POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective brand marketing strategies, managing our brand image and voice, and managing a diverse team of marketing professionals. This position is also responsible for setting the team’s strategy, goals and objectives, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute cohesive and effective brand marketing strategies that drive business growth, customer engagement, and positive brand perception.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and consistent results.
• Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, competitive landscape, market trends, and business objectives to inform strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain a strong brand image and voice that resonates with our target customers and sets us apart from the competition.
• Oversee the creation of compelling brand messaging and content across all channels, including digital, social, print, and events.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly product and design, to ensure that our brand story and messaging is effectively integrated into our products, experiences, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve our brand marketing strategies and tactics.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing.
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle complex situations and demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling brand messaging that resonates with our target audience.
• Solid leadership skills with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of staff management practices and processes and the ability to establish accountabilities and expectations and manage performance to achieve results.
• Creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative brand marketing campaigns that are on-brand and on-message.
• The ability to build/foster relationships by reinforcing trust and respect, and demonstrating high standards of tact, diplomacy and discretion.
• A professional presence and strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to effectively interact in a courteous, timely and diplomatic manner with all levels of staff, as well as other parties/stakeholders.
• Demonstrated propensity to be creative, collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated in the execution and completion of assigned accountabilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• While performing the duties of this job, the individual is frequently required to sit and stand for long periods. The individual is occasionally required to walk; use hands and fingers to operate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. This position requires travel up to 20%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is performed in a standard office environment, remote or hybrid model.
The base salary range for this position is $140,500.00 to $245,900.00. Individual salaries are determined by a number of factors, such as business needs, internal equity, applicant qualifications, skills, experience, and educational background.
