Position Purpose
:
As a Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for managing all of defi’s Contact & Service Center training programs and is responsible for training all new and current employees and assessing competencies across multiple positions within multiple departments.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for training & development of Universal Customer Service & Collections training, Lease Maturity Management, Cash Management, Titles, Operations Support & Document Management.
  • Using the ADDIE approach to develop successful training solutions through design, delivery, and assessment of all aspects of internal department training to be measured by 5% increase in associate engagement and growth and development survey scores.
  • Many of these areas within the business have one or more components for example: New-hire, refresher, process, product, system, client, and customer experience skills to an audience through directive and interactive teaching methods to help develop individual contributors and managers develop crucial job skills.
  • Providing one on one coaching to assist in learning new skills.
  • Support peers and assist with initiatives and implementation.
  • Assist in design & development to keep course content current, enhance programs, resources, and tools.
  • Use knowledge of general learning and development programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various solutions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • BA or BS in adult education, business, or equivalent with 3 years of experience in training creation and successful delivery
  • Knowledge of adult leading principles
  • Strong presentation skills and presence, including ability to read a virtual room and keep audience engaged
  • Demonstrated ability to build a training program from ground up
  • Desire to be integral in the direction and success of the organization, leading by example
  • Experienced in MS office, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or other learning tools contributing to the role

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree and 2 years of experience in training creation and successful delivery
  • DDI preferred or similar certification

  • Ability to evaluate training evaluation results for process improvement
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule depending on the needs of the business
  • Demonstrated ability to use various training techniques to successfully train at all levels within an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to keep current on emerging training techniques and product knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to do more with less
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve using six sigma concepts or data to guide your decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously challenge end product/result
  • Must be a fast learner with fast-paced execution
  • Must be flexible and adapt to change quickly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Salary : $47,851 - $68,125
