Duties and Responsibilities
Performs case management tasks as necessary, recording and reporting on client progress to client families and supporters.
Maintains accurate and complete records for each assigned client.
Attends scheduled treatment team meetings and other meetings for information exchange, case reviews, and client treatment
Conduct interventions when needed
Must complete required documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education
Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
Experience
At least one year of full-time behavioral health work experience preferred not required
Licensure/registration/certification
Valid driver’s license
