Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs case management tasks as necessary, recording and reporting on client progress to client families and supporters.
• Maintains accurate and complete records for each assigned client.
• Attends scheduled treatment team meetings and other meetings for information exchange, case reviews, and client treatment
• Conduct interventions when needed
• Must complete required documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED

Experience

• At least one year of full-time behavioral health work experience preferred not required

Licensure/registration/certification

• Valid driver’s license
