Responsibilities
The Senior Solutions Director will design and accelerate solutions for Digital Transformation programs and projects that deliver outcomes in alignment with customer and company objectives. The Senior Solutions Director interfaces with executive stakeholders and leads facilitation of stakeholder meetings to envision solutions and roadmaps.
- Delivery
- Work with delivery teams to help define solutions and develop Program and Technical Roadmaps for Digital Transformation
- Engage program and project leaders and find ways to enhance their work
- Drive innovation into current programs and leads recovery efforts to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to bridge customer challenges with the capabilities of product and services portfolios.
- Serve as trusted adviser to existing customers who can successfully propose technical and procedural innovations that translate to revenue generating business opportunities.
- Validate our customers’ needs and insert / introduce Transformational Capabilities to our customers through the full engagement cycle from need identification to program delivery
- Growth
- The Solution Architect helps Growth teams identify, capture, propose and close strategic business development opportunities
- Engage Customers and stakeholders early in the opportunity life cycle to discuss solution options and influence requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive series of transformational architectures (campaign plans) aligned to strategic technology capabilities that support customer transformation
- Lead technology campaigns that align to emerging requirements, shapes our pipeline, and builds technical reputation.
- Collaborate with alliance partners and the alliance partner programs to identify and bring the best technical and business strategies and next generation initiatives to differentiate solutions.
- Develop solution artifacts early and iterative to socialize and gain buy-in for differentiated win themes, win strategies, technical and management solutions and costs.
- Thought Leadership
- Authors content a year to drive industry awareness / market preference
- Contributes to IR&D projects
- Provides insight to leadership on market/domain by identifying customer or industry technology & techniques trends, and by identifying the emergence of The Next Big Thing.
- Presenter at internal meeting
- Delivers 4 presentations in relevant external industry forums per year
- Contributes to industry standard processes and best practices
- Visible/vocal company leader in corporate meetings and events, and strong contributor to company strategy, culture, and continuous reinvention.
- Maximizes collaboration across DL, including Practices and G&A functions, including cross-selling and matrixed resource support.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of delivery methodologies
- Expert knowledge of enterprise technologies
- Must be an expert solution architect and current on best practice and emerging technology solutions
- Must be proven and experienced at technical writing and proposal development
- Must be able to guide and facilitate customers through definition of technology strategy and roadmaps
Experience
- 12 years of relevant experience
Education / Certification:
- Master’s Degree (or 2 years equivalent additional experience)
