What Are We Looking For?
Our Marketing team is looking for a driven, independently motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist with digital marketing campaigns geared toward growth, patient retention, and patient satisfaction. This role will support our Marketing Managers as well as take on individual duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and other relevant platforms, plus manage replies and community engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to create a monthly newsletter and follow-up reminder emails informing patients about monthly specials, highlighted services, new offerings, and other relevant information.
- Build emails within Marketing Cloud and create lists to send email communications to segmented audiences.
- Create factual and well-researched content for the blog section of the Defy Medical website (defymedical.com/blog).
- Create compelling content for advertisements, website copy, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Create patient resources to help patients understand Defy Medical’s programs, medication offerings, requirements, and other aspects of care.
- Monitor analytics for assigned campaigns and provide feedback on effectiveness and optimization.
- Explore new ways to market Defy Medical, communicate with potential patents, and retain current patients.
- Other duties as needed to support the Marketing efforts of Defy Medical.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- 2-5 years working within the digital marketing field.
- Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Communications, English, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Creativity and the ability to brainstorm new ideas and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with building graphics in platforms like Canva.
- Clear written communication and effective researching skills.
- Experience writing blogs, web content, and social media content.
- Previously used a social media scheduling tool like Buffer or similar.
- Familiarity with the medical industry. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM (Preferred)
