Lawn Care Foreman - Full time

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the loading/unloading of trucks and trailers with equipment needed to complete daily jobs. 
• Cut grass, trim edges, clean up trimmings, and perform other lawn care duties.
  
• Spray and dust areas to control and or weeds.
• Supervise the work crew members to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Inspect daily work to ensure quality.
• Train crew members on proper and safe lawn care methods.
• Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organizations in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, and jobsites.
• Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license and chauffer's license.
• Previous lawn care experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools.
