Who You Are:

Dejavoo Systems is looking for a motivated, self-starter employee whose primary responsibility would be to handle the daily flow of customer repair requests and recordkeeping. Position involves strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work well with customers and other employees, a detail-oriented personality.

What You'll Do:

  • Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing repairs requests.
  • Scans and sorts incoming and outgoing cases.
  • Inspect incoming repair orders
  • Reviews cases prior to shipping them out to ensure that cases and accompanying documents are complete and the charges are correct
  • Verifying all inbound packages and authenticating the receipt of the same in accord with the shipping note

What We Offer:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
