This is a Full-Time position. Deka Lash is EXPANDING in Kirkland, Washington and we are hiring the best Lash Artists / Estheticians (Aestheticians) / Cosmetologists to be part of an incredible team. Health & Safety

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority!

• PPE provided (including masks, gloves, face shields, goggles, clean uniforms)
• Hand sanitizer and C3 disinfectant (C3’s active ingredient is a chemical used by many hospitals to sterilize medical and lab equipment / surfaces)
• Rigorous screening procedures for employees and customers, including temperature checks and a questionnaire, as outlined by CDC guidelines, as applicable.
• Staggered appointments to ensure social distancing and time to sanitize between every client
• Regular disinfecting and sanitation procedures multiple times a day
• Health & Safety training provided to all employees

Responsibilities

• Provide astonishing lashes and brows!
• Educate clients on how to properly care for their lashes and brows
• Upsell memberships, services, and products
• Engage clients with world-class service, including check-in/out
• Providing clients with a great customer experience
• Following Deka Lash Training to become certified in all services
• Learning and following all Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash extension, lash lifts, and brow services (including Threading)
• Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings
• Exceed industry sanitation standards
• Comply with and enforce Deka Lash Corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes
• Ensure the facility is clean, stocked, properly maintained and operationally sound
• Performing additional duties as required

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Esthetician License or Cosmetology License in the State of WA required
• Positive, proactive, and a team player
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Have a strong work ethic, integrity and professional demeanor
• Willing to learn lash application technique specific to Deka Lash
• Is willing to learn and grow and continues to develop and perfect skills
• Previous experience accepted but no experience required

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
