Del Amo Gardens Care Center is looking for an outstanding Director of Staff Development to join our team. We are a 94 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility.

Duties Include:

- Supervising C.N.A.'s

- Orientation & Education of Staff

- Staffing & Scheduling of Nursing Staff

- Infection Control Monitoring

- Praising & Disciplining Staff

- Assist the DON as needed

- other assigned tasks

Qualifications Include:

- Current California LVN/RN license

- DSD Certificate

- Infection Preventionist Certificate Preferred

- DSD experience a plus

- Flexible

- Team Player

- Passionate about educating staff
