What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Specialist position at Deland Motorsports?
As our E-Commerce Specialist, you will organize, develop, and execute our existing dealership parts website, eBay store and Amazon store.
Roles:
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and site/store maintenance.
- Work closely with the Parts Manager to provide updated content across E-Commerce platforms.
- Inventory Management
-Shipping & Receiving for all E-Commerce platforms
- Drop Shipping
-Negotiate cost with shipping companies
-Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
- Monitor changes in product sales by using Lightspeed and Excel spreadsheets to stay organized.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly communications with the customer.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining E-Commerce websites/portals.
- Knowledgeable of the E-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies.
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated Team Player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
