The Opportunity:
Support our local office and collaborate with team members to understand organizational challenges
Act as the local IT liaison between the business and central IT
Provide remote support to other assigned locations through collaboration with other Site IT Coordinators
Handle tickets received from the Service Desk, perform basic computer repairs, assist with diagnostics, installing network cabling, troubleshooting network issues, Operating System (OS)/application installations
Manage PCs, IT peripherals, Infrastructure devices with vendors, Microsoft Teams Telephony, and Teams Room equipment. This includes inventory management, device preparation/setup, and ensuring proper decommissioning of old equipment
Requirements:
Microsoft 365 knowledge
Ticketing System Knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills essential for effectively training employees on software and hardware
IT Issues research, analytical, and problem-solving skills (Google-Fu)
Process-oriented skills to improve upon Global Onsite team’s direction
Knowledge of and experience troubleshooting/supporting Windows 11 & Mobile Devices
Office IT equipment, including multi-user/ personal computers, peripherals (such as printers, projectors, audio/video conference equipment)
Knowledge of and experience with printer setup & mapping
Basic VPN client connectivity Knowledge
Good verbal/writing English skills
Preferred:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology and support

Basic PowerShell Knowledge
PC / Server Hardware Service Installation Knowledge
Manufacturing / Warehouse Environment Experience
Networking LAN cabling / VLAN Knowledge
Basic Firewall Understanding
