Bookkeeper

Pay range to start at $22.05 per hour, 35 hours per week (range of $22.05-$26.30). The ideal candidate must be hard working, reliable, and trustworthy. Responsibilities include gathering, identifying and verifying accuracy of incoming bills for designated programs; matching purchases orders to invoices; preparing vouchers for payment to vendor; ensuring bills are approved by responsible personnel; maintaining bookkeeping filing system; preparing financial reports as required; completing bank reconciliations; compiling Senior Dining and CACFP daily meal tallies; and other related-fiscal duties as assigned by the Fiscal Officer.
