Transportation Supervisor/Operations Floater

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assist in covering transportation issues, especially Saturdays
  • On-Call by phone to field problems, particularly early Saturday morning
  • Assist Transportation Manager and other supervisor in all facets of department
  • Fill-in for the Transportation Manager other supervisor in their absence
  • Class A CDL Preferred (not required)/ Willing and able to deliver
  • Unload/assist with inbound freight.
  • Count, tag, and scan product using RF Scanning System.
  • Put away product to overstock and pick locations.
  • Clean, straighten, and maintain warehouse daily, according to AIB Sanitation Schedule.
  • Cover Will Call window as needed.
  • Must possess good basic math skills.
  • Certified fork-lift and pallet jack operator -will train if needed
  • Assist night warehouse manager as directed.
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
  • Must be self-starter and be able to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work flexible hours when needed.
  • Schedule varies generally Tuesday through Saturday 8AM-5 PM
