Job Description
Delegata is searching for Lead Marketing professional which is organized, professional, detail-oriented marketing lead with strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing high-level events, developing content for website, press releases and award submittals as well as working with executives to create cutting edge presentations and strategies. You will be a brand representative representing Delegata with our clients, employees, prospects, community and the marketplace. An ideal candidate enjoys owning the entire communication/event/branding process from concept to completion and delivering more than expected to provide an outstanding audience experience.
You will work with our Management Team and Graphic Designer to develop branding, communications and promotional materials within a consistent look and feel across all online and printed media for a professional services consulting company. You will develop content for presentations, posters, cards, email blasts, and websites. You will manage internet research and vendor relationships for production on these projects as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop communications to represent Delegata with high-level clients, prospects and leaders in the community
Express attributes of hospitality, customer service and first-class quality in all communications, events, and interactions
Manage our Contact Management System
Create mailing lists and mailings
Inventory, research and order promotional items, brochures and marketing materials
Schedule, communicate and coordinate meetings and presentations
Conduct internet research to find best value for quality and negotiate prices
Schedule website updates and press releases
Lead marketing activities for customer presentations, project celebrations, seminars and trade shows
Create and follow budgets and manage invoices and payment processes
Assist with graphics projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated understanding of the importance of branding, customer service, hospitality and first-class quality
Excellent verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and excellent presentation skills
Excellent writing, grammar, spelling and editing skills
Ability to develop, proof and finalize correspondence such as letters, brochures, and presentations
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint functionality and features
Experience with Excel (specifically in managing contacts, conducting mail merges and developing budgets)
Flexibility of approach and ability to accept constructive feedback and changes
Ability to multitask and follow detailed processes and effectively balance creativity and directed tasks
Experience updating website content (preferably with a Content Management System such as Joomla)
Education and Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
3-5 years of relevant work experience with writing/event/project samples
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
