Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.
Job Summary:
Provides operational support for energy transactions initiated and negotiated by individuals in the organization's energy marketing and trading group.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares, validates over/short and P&L reports- Assists commercial team with the review, analysis, and explanation of profit/loss variations and position
exposures.
- Participates in monthly close-out of all lease deals
- Researches and resolves lease-related discrepancies. Works with Sr Director to investigate and determine root cause for
variances
- Participates in developing position management tools for trading teams to facilitate decision-making.
- Helps prepare lease presentations and monitors the effectiveness of trading performance measures on an ongoing basis
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
At least 2 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Organizational Leveling:
Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities. Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers. Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
