As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Description:
We are looking for a goal oriented team player, who will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals, and is eager to expand their knowledge and embrace new challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales and marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Qualify inbound leads: leads from our website, digital campaigns, trade shows, and referrals.
  • Identify and understand prospect needs via detailed discovery meetings.
  • Update and ensure Hubspot CRM accuracy.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers with pricing proposals, product presentations (CEU Events) and prospect follow-up.
  • Manage and allocate Shopify requests.
  • Provide Authorized Dealer pricing, lead times and ordering tracking updates.
  • Participate in marketing events and trade shows.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver on strategic planning.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, prospects and partner vendors.


What we need
:
  • 2 years’ related experience required.
  • Experience with the sales process.
  • Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in all Google solutions.
  • Hubspot CRM experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a highly autonomous and impact-driven environment.
