We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

This is an On Site role. Local candidates preferred.What you’ll achieveAs a Service Delivery Technical Lead, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement.

You supervise the technical lead day to day activities as well as address customer escalations.You will : Supervise and perform specific deskside support activities for a single customer Coordinate the development and consolidation of technical and process documentationFocus on activities like data analytics and reportingAssist with analyzing specific issues with the customerPartner with Dell team(s) to provide an outstanding experience to the customerTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements4 to 6 years of related experience in a deskside technical support role with 2-5 years of related experience as a deskside technical supervisorGood organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverablesAbility to set priorities and delegateExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDesirable RequirementsBachelor’s degree or an advanced degreeProven experience in a similar role with technical certifications related to deskside support activitiesWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
