The 3 story Cape View Way development will consist of 42 units of affordable housing with a mix of nine one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom, and five three-bedroom apartments. Dellbrook | JKS is sourcing applicants on behalf of their subcontractors from candidates that meet the following criteria: HUD Section 3, Bourne and other Barnstable County residents, minority, women, and low to very low-income persons that have construction trade experience and are seeking work.
