The lucky candidate will oversee the recruitment activities for 14 Skilled Nursing Facilities and 8 Retirement and Assisted Living Communities
The Recruiter will research, develop, implement, and be fiscally responsible for creating effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The position will be required to locate and recruit skilled workers and work directly with the Director of Human Resources and facility/agency Administrators/Directors/designees.
The position will source talent through contacts with individuals and organizations inside and outside the system and must be resourceful and proficient in social media targeting and communication. A degree in Human Resources (HR) or a related field preferred but not required. Experience in Healthcare or Senior Housing a PLUS!
