Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Provide Management Oversight, Onsite-Offshore coordination, Prioritize Workload
- Manage demand vs capacity, Manage the triage process, Review Incident Backlog
- Manage overall AMS team, Identify and manage delivery of service improvements
- Manage Communication and Co-ordinates Support activities, Manage communication with stakeholders and Manage escalations,
- Define and execute governance, processes and reporting
- Acts as liaison between the Application Management team and executive committee
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.
Qualifications
Required
- 8-10 years of experience as a Delivery Manager for a consulting company
- 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Application Management Services experience is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Must be willing to relocate or be local in the San Jose, CA area and able to work at the client office a few days a week is mandatory.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126,000 to $168,000.

Salary : $126,000 - $168,000
