Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Responsible for prioritizing incoming inquiries, researching issues originating across multiple functions and systems, performing root cause analysis, and recommending solutions to resolve low to moderate complexity issues.
Ability to collect, assimilate, and analyze data to surface and support solutions. Transforms raw data into useful patterns and insights. Conducts independent review and analysis to identify similarities between incoming tickets and previously seen issues. Performs root cause analysis for recurring issues
Ability to apply technology to solve problems and create new solutions. Responsible for translating basic business needs into application software requirements, including potential automation. Determines specific business application software requirements to address business needs, including potential automation
Participates in continuous improvement and solution design. Works with IT / Data Science team to incorporate requirements into system design and testing. Uses application software and business process knowledge to inform solution design. Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions / issues
Ability to team with others to provide high quality work. Follows project plans and identifies and coordinates resources. Raises risks and issues for timely resolution.
Ability to use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps and communicate ideas effectively. Identifies trends and patterns and supports efforts to improve issue identification and resolution recommendation
Creates comprehensive reports showing market specific ticket volume, disposition, and status of critical or escalated items. Supports internal development efforts to automate market level reporting on open tickets, TAT and issue types. Performs ad-hoc reporting as necessary to summarize market-specific issues and inform Market leadership of status, resolution path and root cause of escalated issues in support of excellent customer experience
Performs inquiry ticket reviews to evaluate data hygiene, identify gaps, and develop strategies to address
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
2 or more years of experience in health plan operations, technology, and/or data analysis
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to partner and provide expertise to develop technical solutions and test and scale new applications
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,725 to $143,000.
